ELYSIUM
As late summer sets in, we’re sharing new perspectives on some of the questions shaping longevity science today. Elysium co-founder and Chief Scientist Leonard Guarente, Ph.D., traces three decades of research into sirtuins and NAD+ in a new TEDxMIT talk; CEO Eric Marcotulli joins The Longevity Show to discuss biological age and personalized approaches to healthspan; and Chief Medical Officer Omar Baker, M.D., explains the evolving landscape of peptide regulation in NewBeauty. Plus, Elysium appeared across leading publications, with Mosaic featured in Women’s Health and Creatine+ named an editor favorite by Harper’s BAZAAR.
THE LONGEVITY SHOW™
Elysium CEO Eric Marcotulli joined Dr. Raghib Ali and host Jon Lipsey in London at The Longevity Show—the UK’s top longevity festival—to discuss the next frontier of healthspan: data-driven, personalized medicine. Highlighting breakthrough data on long-term NAD+ boosting, Marcotulli shared how tracking biological age offers a direct window into healthspan. He also outlined how advanced epigenetic clocks and organ-system aging metrics—including brain health tracking—are giving individuals the actionable insights needed to tailor their daily longevity protocols. “Your epigenetics can be changed,” he said. “You can measure the impact of various decisions and see the effect directly on your overall rate of aging.”
THE SCIENCE OF LIVING LONGER | TEDx MIT
Why do our cells age, and how can we slow the process down? At a recent TEDxMIT talk, Elysium co-founder and chief scientist Leonard Guarente, Ph.D., traced his 30-plus-year journey studying sirtuins—the essential maintenance proteins that repair DNA and protect cellular health. As Dr. Guarente explained, sirtuins need a critical coenzyme called NAD+ to function, but NAD+ levels drop significantly as we age. Replenishing NAD+ helps keep these cellular maintenance crews working at peak capacity. “Aging is not written in stone. It is written in biology,” Dr. Guarente says. “And biology responds to the right question asked at the right moment by the right people.”
Creatine+ by Elysium Health
Calling out its exceptional flavor profile and that it’s “genuinely enjoyable to take,” Harper’s BAZAAR Associate Beauty Editor Katie Intner featured Creatine+ as a new must-have. “After researching creatine, I've been aiming to be consistent with taking it, but it's hard to find a formula that is genuinely enjoyable to take and won't cause bloating,” Intner writes. “Elysium's new Creatine powder checks both boxes for me.” Available in Pom Lemonade and Raspberry flavors, Creatine+ is formulated with the highest purity creatine monohydrate, HMB, and pomegranate polyphenols—for longevity, strength, and cognition. Intner also noted visible improvements in muscle definition and workout performance after adding it to her daily routine.
Creatine+ is a 3-in-1 creatine system built for longevity, strength, and cognition.

Mosaic
Women’s Health highlights Mosaic as a standout multi-benefit formula for skin health and longevity. Recognizing that full‑spectrum skin care works from the inside out, the editors featured Mosaic’s science-backed blend of oral hyaluronic acid and clinically proven Phytonutrient Carotenoid Complex. Mosaic helps increase skin moisture, improve elasticity, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. While topical SPF protects your surface daily, Mosaic provides internal nourishment to support your skin’s long-term resilience.
Omar Baker, M.D., F.A.A.P., | Elysium Chief Medical Officer
Peptides are everywhere right now, but knowing what’s safe and effective can be difficult. To help navigate this rapidly growing space, Elysium Health Chief Medical Officer Omar Baker, M.D., F.A.A.P., recently spoke with NewBeauty following a key FDA advisory committee meeting. Dr. Baker broke down what new regulatory updates mean for patients, why high purity standards matter, and how physician oversight ensures you get real benefits safely. At Elysium, we believe the future of longevity medicine relies on rigorous science, clear standards, and expert clinical guidance: All peptide therapies available at The Elysium Longevity Institute will be prescribed by licensed providers and dispensed by U.S. pharmacies. The featured products include compounded products which have not been approved by the FDA. The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs. Matter has been thoughtfully updated with several format advancements. It now includes methylated folate and methylcobalamin—active, pre-converted forms of folate and vitamin B12 that bypass key conversion steps and are readily utilized by the body. The new softgels are also smaller and easier to swallow, with a distinctive dark blue shell naturally colored by butterfly pea flower extract. Developed in partnership with the University of Oxford, Matter features a tri-vitamin complex patented and proven to slow brain atrophy associated with aging.
