Fall asks more of our gear, even as the days shorten. New collections from our brands Flint and Tinder and Proof are helping us make the most of every hour. Starting in Santa Fe and ending outside Taos, we, along with a few friends, ventured into New Mexico’s northern terrain to chase the changing weather. We rode Triumph Desert Sleds up dirt roads, traversed Forest Service trails on gravel bikes, summited Wheeler Peak, and ate under the stars back at basecamp. In the high country, temperatures can fluctuate 30 to 40 degrees in a single day, and even more above 10,000 feet. The pieces we packed did more than keep the cold out. They added something to the look, to the moment, and to the story. This is Huckberry Fall.
