Labor Day is the unofficial last day of summer. And to be honest? As much as I love summer, I'm ready for what comes next. Kids back in school. My team all in one place again. A real routine. I want to clean out a closet, get organized, put on a sweater and actually be happy about it.
But all of that starts Tuesday. So take the weekend first — not the half version where you're still working in your head. A real one. Sit outside longer than you meant to. Read the book. Take the long way home.
I'm going to try to do the same. We'll see how that goes.
