Hi,

Welcome back to my Top 5 — five things worth knowing, two minutes to read. Skim what you want. Read what grabs you.

1. THE BEST INTERVIEW IN SPORTS

Taylor Knibb won the 70.3 World Championship yesterday — her fourth title. But here's my confession: as the finish line approached, part of what I was excited about was knowing another Taylor Knibb post-race interview was coming. She gives back to her fans with the best post-race interviews in sports, and I'll put her up against any NBA or NFL superstar on that claim. I've put together some of her all-time hits.

On the sporting side, she apparently decided she needed a challenge: three World Championships in three weeks. The 70.3 (done — dominated), the UCI Time Trial Worlds, and then the full Ironman in Kona.

2. I'VE OPENED A DOLLAR STORE

Actually, $0.99. Want to try something new? I've put together a new section called "Try It" — everything is only $0.99, and there are some all-stars in there, from LMNT to Happy Tummy to Victus pre-workout (my all-time favorite). Over 10 items, rotating every week or two.

While most are nutrition items, I do need to clarify that Chamois Butt'r is not actually butter. We had a customer apply it to toast the other day and he wasn't happy. It's for chafing.

3. UNTIL DIOR MAKES RUN BELTS

Dior has a new "Haute Wellness" gym line featuring a $240 stainless steel bottle and a $1,000 yoga mat — though I do believe the $200 cork yoga block may be a justifiable purchase. But here's what it doesn't have: a run belt, or any way to carry your nutrition. This is the next frontier, and I'm all in on fixing it. Until Dior calls me to design it for them, I have some more functional favorites — tested by me — for carrying gels, hydration, and your phone bounce-free.

The run pouch winner is the Nerd Belt (I know, the name is tough, but the product is great): the best pouch I've found for your phone, gels, Cramp Fix, and Dior charm bracelet for luck — with a zipper or without. After UTMB, I feel naked without a full run vest, and my winner is the Nathan AeroZip 1L — the stretch material and zippered front carry way more bounce-free than front clips. And my go-to for runs and power hikes is the new The Feed SkyFlask: 500ml of high carb (or electrolytes), and when you're done, it collapses into your pocket.

🏃 Nerd Belt.

4. GELS FOR KIDS?

Am I a bad parent for giving my kid gels at practice? Absolutely not — I'm here for it. Watching your kid keep going while the other kids collapse from under-fueling is one of the rare proud-parent moments of being a Feed customer. All that time, money, and energy you've put into your kids' sports, and they show up under-fueled by halftime? That's a problem we can solve.

We've launched a whole kids section, but here's the start: kids need glucose (yes, sugar), just not as much as we do. That's why chews are great — you can ration smaller amounts. Kids love Noogs; drop the serving to 4 chews, and one pack becomes 3 servings — perfect for before practice and during feeding breaks. For kids over 12, gels are warranted: the Enervit e.Sport Gel (these names) is a mini gel with 20g of carbs in a smaller package.

If your kids start practice fed, save the fuel for breaks. If it's right after school or they haven't eaten recently, starting them at the beginning of practice is totally fine — just add a feeding break every 20 minutes or so. And don't forget hydration: Mortal is the winner on kid-approved flavors.

5. YOUR DAILY PROTOCOL

I've been deep in blood tests, updating my daily supplement protocol. More on that when I have results — but I think a quarterly look at what you're taking is a great idea for everyone. I track everything I take with AI and match it against data like my sleep scores, so I can eventually give you real answers on what works and what doesn't.

What I've found so far: a regular routine of Omegas, energy and mitochondria support (NAD and the SwissRX Multivitamin), and Glutathione are always going to be everyday essentials.

Good timing, too: our Fall Supplement Sale is on — stock up and save up to 40% on most supplements.

That's this week's Top 5. If you know someone at Dior, please forward.
