“I loved my mom’s spicy red pozole growing up. It inspired me to create a mild green version so more kids can experience Mexican cuisine’s rich flavors.

Pozole is a famous Mexican stew traditionally made from a savory broth, plump hominy corn, and tender pork. Our new Pork Pozole Verde is made with seven different vegetables, and gets its beautiful green color from mild poblano peppers, green onions, fresh cilantro, and zucchini.
