Some rigs are built for one thing. Rufus isn't one of them. This 2026 Rivian R1S was built to be capable enough for overland adventures, practical enough for everyday family life, and flexible enough to make room for harps and cellos when the whole crew is headed to rehearsal. This summer they did a road trip around Colorado, including the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Mesa Verde National Park and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. It was the perfect way to break in a new EV on a 1,000 mile adventure with three kids in tow. Oh, and yes—a HEST makes a pretty great cushion for the back of a Rivian when you're hauling instruments. |
