Orange mango and new sour watermelon collagen shots are back. Targeted support for the joints and connective tissues that keep you training, in a flavorful grab-and-go shot. Stock up for fall training.

Take a shot to protect what keeps you moving. Training stresses your joints and connective tissue. It also signals your body to make more collagen. That makes your pre-training routine a key opportunity. Taking collagen before training delivers the building blocks your body needs, at the right time, while Vitamin C helps support the bonds that give collagen its strength and structure. Inside every collagen shot: 10g hydrolyzed bovine collagen. Smaller peptides for faster absorption. 35 mg Vitamin C creates stronger collagen bonds. When to take it: 30-60 minutes before activity.
