The people who make GM

The business of building cars is a complex one, but when you drill down to its simplest terms, cars are built by people. A cascade of decisions by those who show up every day to do great work.

People like Lynn Huang, whose work shows how human judgement shapes the diagnostics behind Super Cruise. Or Navy veteran Keely Bosn, whose experience in supply logistics prepared her for a career as Cadillac Racing Program manager.

At GM’s Fairfax Assembly, every vehicle begins with the people on the plant floor – a team of skilled workers committed to building the vehicles that GM customers love, with safety and quality guiding every step.

Join Grant Dixton, executive vice president, chief legal and public policy officer, who spent a day working on the line at Fairfax to experience plant operations firsthand. During his visit, Grant experienced the full journey from stamping to the final line, and met the passionate team members at the heart of manufacturing at Fairfax.

Just a group of people, showing up every, doing great work. Building cars.

It’s really just that simple.
