Balance: A first-of-its-kind approach to menopause, grounded in longevity science
Balance was developed with a broader view of menopause: to provide targeted symptom relief during this significant phase of life while supporting long-term health for the vibrant decades ahead.
“Menopause is much more than a collection of symptoms—it is a whole-body biological transition that influences women's health for decades,” said Elysium VP of Product Development Lynne Chang, Ph.D.
“We developed Balance to reflect that reality.”
Balance combines NR+PT (nicotinamide riboside and pterostilbene), clinically proven by Elysium to increase NAD+ levels and newly studied for menopausal symptom support, with S-equol, clinically studied for hot flash relief and healthy bone markers, and ergothioneine, a potent cellular antioxidant that helps protect against oxidative stress. In a
recently published Elysium pilot study, participants taking NR+PT reported improvements in hot flashes, poor sleep, and bloating.†

explores
TELI—and the science-first philosophy behind Elysium's next chapter
For more than a decade, Elysium has been guided by the belief that
“aging science could leave the lab without leaving its standards behind.” In a new feature,
Forbes tells the story of our most ambitious expansion since launching the company in 2015—The Elysium Longevity Institute (TELI). TELI is Elysium’s
“move from being the serious NAD+ company to being the company that decides which longevity tools deserve a physician’s name on the order,” says contributor Tanya Akim.
“That is a much harder business than selling Basis supplements. It is also the one the field keeps saying it wants.” Akim starts in Guarente’s lab at MIT, where they
“helped define modern sirtuin and NAD+ biology.” Comparing Elysium to other emerging brands in the rapidly evolving field of longevity medicine, she notes that
“Elysium has a more credible scientific origin story than most entrants,” and highlights the foundational elements of TELI and the vision for its future that will further set it apart.
“A research program that reports who improves, who does not, and what gets discontinued would be a standard.”

spotlights a celebrity esthetician’s daily Elysium routine
Celebrity esthetician Kristyn Smith knows what it takes to meet the standards of some of the world’s most discerning beauty clients. In a recent feature for
The Cut, she shared a look at her daily routine, including four Elysium supplements she takes every day.
“For supplements, I take Mosaic (hyaluronic acid and collagen), Basis (NAD+), Matter ([Oxford-studied tri-vitamin complex] + omega-3s), and Cofactor (collagen peptides) from Elysium,” she said. When your work revolves around knowing the best in beauty, what you choose for yourself carries weight.

asks, should you be taking creatine?
NewBeauty explores what creatine can offer women, from strength and lean muscle to cognitive function, and what to look for in a supplement. Long associated with athletic performance, creatine is finding a broader audience as more women explore its potential across different stages of life. The article highlights how
Creatine+, our 3-in-1 formula combining the highest purity creatine monohydrate, HMB, and pomegranate extract, offers daily benefits and a long-term approach. Director Tatiana Bido also notes that Creatine+ is NSF Certified for Sport and applauds the convenience of the stick packs for traveling.
“For anyone who wants more than straight creatine, Elysium turns it into a broader muscle-support formula.”

In recent shopping guides,
The New York Post and
Town & Country both featured Elysium, with
Town & Country Digital Style Director Roxanne Adamiyatt sharing a personal endorsement:
“I have been taking Elysium’s Basis and Signal supplements for years to help with cellular health and mitochondrial function.” The two formulas take complementary approaches to healthy aging, with
Basis supporting NAD+ metabolism and
Signal supporting cellular energy and metabolic health. Different pathways, one shared focus: cellular health.
