Hi, You’ve probably noticed a number on our product pages. That’s Feed Score, and here’s what it means and how to use it. “There are so many options. How do I know what to buy?” It’s the question athletes ask us most. With 5,000+ products, you can’t test everything. Brand copy tells you every product is the best. One reviewer tells you what worked for one stomach, one body, one race. Feed Score is a number out of 100 showing what the Feed community thinks of a product. It’s built on data from millions of Feed athletes, not marketing claims. Right now, Enervit Tadej Secret Gel and Precision PF 30 Gel top our gels at 98, and Skratch Labs Hydration Sport Mix leads our top hydration at 98. Four signals go into it: 1. Repurchase: Of the athletes who bought it, how many came back for more. This is the signal we trust most. You can’t fake it. 2. Sales momentum: How consistently it’s selling, based on only the last 14 days. Proven sellers stay near the top, and new products can climb fast. 3. Ratings: Verified buyer reviews only. No fake reviews. 4. Recommend rate: The percentage of real buyers who would tell a fellow athlete to try it. Why category matters: Every product is scored against others in its own category. Gels vs. gels. Recovery drinks vs. recovery drinks. A high score means a product outperforms its peers across all four signals, not just one. How to read the scale: The top end is hard to reach, so a 97 is meaningfully better than a 95. No product has hit 100 yet. What it won’t tell you: Whether a product is right for your stomach, your sport, or your budget. The only perfect product is the one that’s perfect for you. Feed Score gets you to the short list faster, and you make the final call. Two ways to use it:
