When we first moved the Weekly Scroll to Substack, Notes felt like a black hole to me. I wasn’t sure what to post, what would be received well, and when to post.
It’s all still so new here that a lot of the conventional advice I’ve found helpful for other social platforms wouldn’t apply just yet.
But you need Notes to find community and grow on Substack, so I had to firm it and push through, starting with 30 Days of Notes.

So you can imagine how serendipitous it was when the Substack team gave our team access to add Notes to Buffer a few days after I decided to take on the challenge.
