Fourthwall promotes its built-in assistant, which helps users navigate their dashboard and provides step-by-step guidance and task handling. The assistant uses real shop data to offer specific answers and suggestions, requiring user approval for any changes. It is optional and can be turned off in account settings.

Hey there 👋
You've got a lot of options in your dashboard, and it can feel like a lot at first. Here's a shortcut: you have a built-in Fourthwall assistant that can help.

Click the assistant icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard and try asking something like:
"How do I set up my first product?"
"I have a logo. Can you create some products for me?"
"What's a good price for a hoodie?"
Eli knows Fourthwall inside and out. Ask questions, get step-by-step guidance, or let it handle tedious tasks for you.
A few things worth knowing:
It uses your real shop data. Answers are specific to your store, not generic tips.
Nothing happens without your approval. If it suggests a change, you review it first.
It's optional. Don't want it? Turn it off anytime in your account settings.
