SEE WHAT'S TAKING SHAPE
President & CEO, Scout Motors
Moving dirt. Pouring foundations. Building. We’ve done a lot of it, but our latest construction project looks a little different.
This time, we’re going vertical. Rising 60 feet in the air, Scout Mountain in Blythewood, South Carolina, is the first step in providing off-road driving experiences to future Scout® owners and enthusiasts.
Surrounding Scout Mountain is a planned 4,800 feet of purpose-built off-road terrain. Rock crawling. Fording. Obstacles. We’re building the kind of trail that puts our solid rear axle and optional mechanical locking differentials to the test.
Below Scout Mountain is what will become the heart of the Scout Motors production complex: the Scout Experience Center. There, we anticipate building nearly 30,000 square feet for the Scout community. Not a showroom. Not a dealership. A welcoming place to gather, to learn about the Scout brand's heritage, and to experience our products.
Putting mountains in the way of our customers is not what we’re about. But I anticipate that you’ll love this mountain.
