The Batman™ Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by The Ridge Wallet LLC ("Ridge" or "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"), PRIZE VALUE STATED IN U.S. DOLLARS (USD): One of ten (10) Ridge Wallets from the Batman™ collection, in the winner's choice of Ridge Wallet - Batman™, Ridge Wallet - Batman™ No. 1, or Ridge Wallet - The Joker™, approximate retail value $95 USD each; total ARV $950 USD. The Ridge Wallet for MagSafe - Batman™ (retail value $150 USD) is not a prize option and will not be awarded, even at a winner's request. No other Batman™ product, including KeyCases, Daily Driver Kits and power banks, is a prize option. Prize is subject to availability; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable; no cash equivalent. Prize ships to a US address only. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins at 12:00 AM PT on Monday, October 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
WAYS TO ENTER: Click the "Enter to Win" button provided in the applicable promotional email during the Promotion Period. To enter without receiving or clicking a promotional email, visit during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form as instructed (Alternate Method of Entry). Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple clicks of the button, or entry by both methods, will count as one (1) entry; additional entries will be disregarded. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple, different, or invalid email addresses will void all of that person's entries. Any individual suspected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be using such methods will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, including automated link scanning or prefetching by email security software, are void. Sponsor may disregard any click it reasonably determines was not made by the entrant, applying the same criteria to all entries. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not recorded due to technical failures.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select ten (10) winners will be conducted on or about Thursday, October 08 2026, from among all entries received. Odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the number of entries received.
