What’s inside. 01 Siberian Rhubarb (ERr 731®): ‘Mimics your body’s estrogen signal and helps you to regulate your temperature and stabilize your mood. You get reduced hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep disturbances.’ 30+ years of clinical use: ‘It’s the most expensive ingredient in the formulation, because the way it’s processed ensures its purity and the makers of ERr 731® have done all the clinical trials [to provide] strong clinical evidence.’ 02 North American Black Cohosh Extract: ‘Hot flashes are really just a misfiring of neurotransmitters. That is largely driven by this contamination of black cohosh sourced from China. So you might be having a worse set of symptoms going through menopause because your gut microbiome doesn’t have this particular strain that helps increase free estrogen.’ 5% total gut bacteria: studies show it’s a keystone strain responsible for 5% total gut bacteria.
