TheFeed promotes oral, sports-legal peptides as an alternative to injectables, featuring two discoveries from Irish biotech Nuritas in their products. PeptiStrong and PeptiSleep are highlighted for strength and recovery, and sleep support, respectively. These peptides are incorporated into various Feed products, including SwissRX Synthesis, Foundation, Kyoku, and Dream Shot.

Say “peptides” to most athletes and they think injectables. But there’s also an oral, sports-legal way in, and it’s already sitting in four products at The Feed.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that tell the body to do more of something it already knows how to do, like build muscle, repair tissue, or fall asleep. The big shift happening right now is in how these signals are identified.

An Irish biotech called Nuritas uses an AI platform to screen millions of naturally occurring peptides from food sources, cutting years off the traditional discovery process. The AI doesn’t make a peptide work. It simply helps narrow down which ones are worth studying in the first place. The actual evidence still comes from the clinical research on the peptide itself.

Turns out, two of Nuritas’ discoveries are already built into Feed products.

PeptiStrong®: for strength and recovery

PeptiStrong is derived from fava beans and works on the same signaling pathway your body uses to build and preserve muscle. It shows up in three products, so pick the one that fits how you like to take your supplements:

SwissRX Synthesis: For the capsule person. Take 4 capsules every morning. In trials, that dose showed 54% faster recovery and 47% less training fatigue.

Foundation: For anyone who’d rather not add another capsule to their stack. One pouch combines PeptiStrong with creatine, collagen, and gut support, mixed straight into a shake or glass of milk.

Kyoku: For the shake person. PeptiStrong alongside 30g of protein and a full creatine dose, built into a superfood shake you can enjoy any time of day.

Since all three contain PeptiStrong, choose one rather than stacking them.

PeptiSleep™: for the night shift

PeptiSleep, derived from rice bran, is a different peptide entirely. It works on cortisol rather than muscle, reducing the nighttime spikes that pull people out of deep sleep. It’s the active ingredient in Dream Shot, taken at bedtime. Because it targets a completely separate system from PeptiStrong, there’s no overlap, so Dream Shot slots in nicely alongside any of the three daytime options above.

Four products, two peptides, one underlying idea: find the signal, deliver it in a form the body already knows how to use.
