Welcome back to my Top 5. Five things worth knowing, two minutes to read.

The clocks went back this weekend, and right on schedule I got the question I get every year about now: "Season's over. What should I actually be taking?" Not gels and drink mix. The stuff for the other 158 hours a week, when you're just living.

This is what I tell my friends, and what I'm doing myself. All five are 25% off with code WELLNESS.

1. START WITH YOUR KNEES

If your knees are talking to you when you get out of bed, or at the bottom of a squat, start here.

My doctor has recommended Calroy's products to me for years. They make Arterosil, and the core ingredients in a number of SwissRX products, so when they came out with a joint product, I paid attention. It isn't glucosamine. Glucosamine has been the go-to for decades; this is a new option with real data behind it. People in the studies had 67% less pain at 90 days, with the first changes about two weeks in.

If you have sore knees (or any joint): one capsule in the morning, one in the evening, with food. Give it 90 days. It's a training block, not a pre-ride fix.

🦵 Give your knees 90 days with Cartigenix HP. 25% off with code WELLNESS.

2. FIX YOUR AFTERNOONS

If you're sharp at 9am and useless by 3pm, this one's for you. Starting this week it's dark by 5, which doesn't help.

Every decision you make leaves a little residue in your brain (glutamate, if you want the word). By mid-afternoon you're wading through it. Coffee doesn't clear it; it just papers over it. Numin clears it. It was built by a neuroscientist, it has a real placebo-controlled trial behind it (43% fewer decision errors), and there's no caffeine, so there's no crash.

Add the powder to water 30 to 60 minutes after lunch. Nice orange flavor. Give it four or five days. You'll notice it most on the day you forget it. There's a 5-pack if you want to test it first.

🧠 Clear the afternoon fog with Numin. 25% off with code WELLNESS.

3. THE ONE I'D NEVER DROP

Nitric Oxide Pro. Two capsules in the morning, and it works all day.

Better blood flow is how I keep up on group rides I'm not in shape for. I can forget it for a day, take it the next morning, and it's still working. The bonus is your heart: Dr. Sprouse, our Chief Medical Advisor, has his patients on it for circulation. Same two capsules.

Morning or night, doesn't matter. Just be consistent.

⚡ Keep the blood flowing with Nitric Oxide Pro. 25% off with code WELLNESS.

4. YOUR CHEAT CODE FOR WINTER STRENGTH

Most of our athletes aren't looking for bulk. They want lean muscle, and that's exactly what I've gotten from Synthesis.

The active ingredient, PeptiStrong®, is a peptide from fava beans that flips the switch that tells your body to build muscle after you've trained. You get more out of the strength work you're already doing. I take it every day, I find it helps my recovery, and I'm asking all our athletes to run it for at least three months this offseason.

💪 Build lean strength this winter with Synthesis. 25% off with code WELLNESS.

5. KEEP THE EXTRA HOUR

You got an extra hour of sleep this morning. Dream Shot is how you keep getting it.

The words as text: what a screen reader can follow, and all there is when images don't load.
