Slate Auto sends a preproduction vehicle on a road trip across the country, visiting eight cities in two weeks. The company invites followers to submit challenges for the vehicle to complete in each city via social media. Slate Auto shares the journey, starting with Episode 1 on September 2.

We’re sending a preproduction Slate — our latest-generation prototype — on a road trip across the country to meet up with our crew doing demo rides in California. Two weeks, eight cities. Give or take.
In each city, we’ll wake up to a new challenge to complete, using the Truck. But here’s the catch: the challenges will be set by you.
Actually, there are two catches. Because we won’t know the challenges in advance.
And remember, no matter how messy it gets: you asked for it.
